Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Tawau Airport Arrival & Semporna Welcome
Meet our driver at Tawau Airport (TWU) for a picturesque 75-minute drive through oil palm country to the coastal haven of Semporna. Check into your hotel. Evening free to stroll along the bustling jetty boardwalk and sample fresh seafood at local waterfront restaurants.
Day 2: Tun Sakaran Marine Park: Bohey Dulang, Mantabuan & Sibuan
08:30 AM speedboat departure. Hike up Bohey Dulang peak (600m trail) for the world-famous panoramic vista of the submerged volcanic crater lagoon. Continue to Mantabuan Island for pristine coral snorkeling with stingrays, then picnic lunch and turquoise swimming at the white sand spit of Sibuan Island.
Day 3: Mabul Island & Kapalai Water Village Snorkeling Safari
Full-day speed boat trip to Mabul Island. Snorkel along the drop-off reef where giant green sea turtles and hawksbills graze on sea grass. Visit the Bajau Laut (Sea Gypsy) stilt village. Afternoon snorkeling over the sandbar gardens of Kapalai sunken atoll.
Day 4: Souvenir Shopping & Airport Transfer
Leisurely breakfast. Browse the local Semporna market for dried seafood, pearls, and handicrafts. Transfer back to Tawau Airport for your return flight home.
